Posts a cryptic message, but what does it mean?

Friends, I am back with my second post today. Just one hour ago, our favorite MEME’r Roaring Kitty posted this cryptic message:

So what does it mean? No one really knows. What stands out is 01:09/04:20. It could be dates or times. What I do know is that GME & AMC are on the move today. So best to be careful out there. These types of events tend to suck the liquidity out of the market. I always get cautious when the MEMEs start to run.
